Our structure is deliberate, and it is the single most important thing to understand about working with us. There is no chief executive and no executive committee. We are two partners with identical stakes, identical authority, and identical exposure to the quality of the work we deliver.
We have spent our careers building the knowledge, experience, and judgment to help institutions decide their future: legislative sessions and city council chambers, contract negotiations and arbitration hearings, campaign war rooms, crisis communications, and press conferences. He works most often with organizations carrying an issue into a legislative body, a negotiating table, or a contested public debate.

A reactor is a system that produces an enormous output under control. The graph is the decision node, powered by data, experience, and judgment, spanning communities, regulators, and reporters.
We work together to contain the reaction, map the network, and deliver controlled, deliberate results.
Alongside the unique consulting work we provide, our firm also holds long-term ownership interests in a small number of operating companies built to deliver results. We are a patient, hands-on ownership team, not passive investors.
We believe that side of our business is relevant so our clients understand one key factor: we have built and operated organizations ourselves. We have managed payroll, delivered on contracts, worked with regulators, and protected our own reputations and brands. When we advise you on a decision, we have generally had experience making a version of it.
Where a potential conflict exists between our holdings and a prospective client, we will disclose it before any engagement begins. If it cannot be managed or firewalled, we will always decline the work.
Initial conversations are confidential and direct with a partner. If we are not the right firm for your situation, we will say so and point you somewhere better. If we are, you will have a scope and a number quickly.
